At Ja Joii, we want you to have the best possible shopping experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. You can even choose to return part of your order if needed.

Here’s how it works:

• Please return your product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving your full order. Use the return address provided on the shipping label for a smooth process.
• Feel free to try out our products just as you would in-store, but please keep the tags attached and the original packaging intact when returning. If the product is incomplete, damaged, washed, or has signs of wear, including removed tags, we will need to deduct the value reduction from your refund. Ja Joii reserves the right to determine the amount deducted.
• To return your Ja Joii product, make sure to include your original order confirmation or purchase receipt. Then, ship your return to the address provided in your return instructions.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We will refund the amount you paid within 10 business days of receiving your returned product(s). For partial returns, we will only refund the cost of the returned items. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Original shipping fees and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by Ja Joii, so you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to return your items.
• If you received a Ja Joii product as a gift and would like to exchange it or receive store credit, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
